About the Golden Shower, you need to turn on watersport content in the preference before going into the 4th challenge to see the option.
The jealous endings can be achieved only after you begin the throuple storyline. Simply just getting either of their jealousy point to maximum and you'll reach those endings. The way to raise their jealousy is by not engage any lewd activity to them. They'll feel neglected and the jealousy will rise.
These endings also have 2 variants - one with low acceptance (1-10), one with high acceptance (11-20). Please note that these endings do not have sex, only do it for completionist sake.
You should check the memories (gallery) after the game ends, it has the list of all the things you can see & do.
As for the things to do with him at the restaurant:
Fast food quickie: you need to have the first blowjob unlocked and meet him before 2 AM (if he works night shift) or 12PM (if he works day shift) and suggest any lewd activities to him. He'll tell you to meet him at the aforementioned times to give him blowjob
Fast food fuck: you need to have the first fuck unlock and him to be drunk (drink beers with him 2 times) before going to work. Doing the same thing as the quickie and you should get the scene.

the only thing I hate in this game is the ring of compulsion. The ring in my opinion is the easy way out. For example the mechanic: I would of had it where you have to build up his affection for you by helping him in his shop buying him gifts siding with him when he and his wife argue. By the way could not stand his wife all she did was complain. Another example the park i would of had it where you had to buildup your reputation as a slut/whore
Think of it this way, it's also the easy way out for the players since it will skip the grinding (which I tend to avoid). I try to keep my game as lean as possible, so people can get to the meat quicker while maintaining some believability. So yeah, sometimes we just gotta resort to magic.
But I do think building up reputation system can be great in a smaller and contained setting such as prison. Sound exciting, huh? It may be in the plan for the future.

I really can't tell which ending it is if you don't specify which ones you already unlocked.
There are 5 endings, the last ???? one is added in later patch.
Generally, bully's endings are melancholic. There is no sunshine and rainbow happily ever after endings.
i unlocked the dead & imprison, i choose "side with him" after confronting him, but there's no ending (latest patch)

You can start doing that when he gives you the key to his apartment which is at 7 lust point.
