As an additional suggestion, if you save to a cloud shared folder, you can then save and load from disk on different devices, like a PC or tablet, and synchronise/backup your progress.

There is no threeway scene for the construction worker. There is an orgy scene which you need to trigger the hate route for him by stealing 3+ of his underwear before the first fuck.
Just follow the Mechanic story and your ring will reach max level (3). Or you can give handjob/bj/fuck to randoms in the park, it also increases the xp of the ring.

Most likely, the stepfather's suspicion is too high. You can either lower it by giving him beer from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
My tip for either step-father and step-bro route is finish them as quickly as possible. It is the most punishing route with the suspicion gain passively (especially when they hate you).
To reach a good ending with them, you need their:
Lust: 50
Affection: 0 or 45
There should be an option of being theirs forever in the end.
Another choice is to get to the throuple phase with them, you need their:
Lust: 50
Affection: 45
See the step-dad and choose the option "He has some serious things to talk to you".
Sadly I really couldn't figure out how a save file is stuck on loading forever. Perhaps, can you try loading it this new patch and see if it works again? Thanks!
This game is very unique and fun, never did I play a novel game with so many elements in it, and the Porn GIFs especially the father (who is the porn actor for him? He's drop dead gorgeous). But this is just an opinion from a player though, the true challenge of this game unlike other choice based story telling novel games, is not the choices made by the player. Rather it is Time management. I would suggest having a daily planner/set alarm etc. element for the protagonist, maybe a phone with app of some sort? Or a smart watch? It's only fair as the player is supposed to:
1. Do chores at his house(wash dish)
2. Remember the time of meals
3. Remember the whereabouts according to time of his step father and step brother
4. Attend college class
5. Remember the time when to work, when to buy weeds
7. Alot a time for sleeping, and jerking
8. Manage money/income
9. Manage the strikes/suspicion/ bad ending elements of the game.
Etc etc. So many time management related stuff, and although it makes the game pretty challenging, an element that would help manage schedules, and time wouldn't hurt.
I cannot promise you anything in terms of an alarm system but newer contents are much more forgiving in terms of time management. Also, the fact that the unlocks persists regardless, it is not the end of the world if your save reach a dead end.

Took me a while, but I managed to play out every scenario basically.

The general gist of it:
Get both of their affection rate to maximum - 45 and lust - 50.
Talk to the step-dad to begin the throuple story.
At this point, I recommend you do the Shifty Hooker quest to change the step-brother's shifts to the morning because all of the following steps require they are at home at the same time and you can catch them there in the evening.
At first, have sex (regular handjob, blowjob, fuck) with either of them to reach 5 acceptance.
Then, talk to the step-brother to begin the threesome scenes.
During the threesome scenes, you only have 5 actions, you need to get both off in the scene for the acceptance to increase.
Right off the bat, there won't be many threesome interactions because they're still not used to with having sex with you in the presence of each other.
However, once you reach higher acceptance, you will unlock more choices during the scenes including the threesome options.

Have you tried using the save to disk option?
SAVES -> Save to disk... -> you will get a save file in your download folder
Whenever you want to resume your progress:
SAVES -> Load from disk... -> Your latest save file.
