The Unhappy Endings, I suppose, is with step dad & step bro? If so, you need to have 50 lust and 1 affection with them to reach these endings.
Being caught scenes must be from bad endings with them too? In that case, you need to have very high suspicion and do something lewd while they are both in the house. Therefore you'll reach bad ending while being caught in the act to unlock that ending variant. But it is very minor change so unless you're a completionist, it is not super worth doing. But note that those endings might be bugged right now.
About two days ago I went back to this (amazing) game and imagine how surprised I was that it had new updates!

In any case, that meant I had to go through all the game once more just for fun. By doing that I stumbled on some bugs that I wanted to report back so you can check them out:
- For the professor: The 'disobey buttplug' option is bugged. Instead, when you fail to do obey that order, the option that gets unlocked is the showering one.
- For the dad/step-dad: If the brother/step-brother caughts you having sex with the dad in order to get the "caught" ending, the story follows that your DAD caught you having sex with your brother instead of the other way around (so you unlock the "caught ending" of your fathers, when you should've unlocked the brother's "caught ending").
- For the brother: the "caught ending" is bugged. No matter how many times your dad caughts you having sex or not, a normal bad ending is unlocked.
Other than that, everything is just as amazing as it always has been. The professor's storyline is well-thought (and quite hot. Especially when you consider when you mostly have sex with him in his office, and yet no one ever caught them), and the mechanics to get different reactions from the professor was also hot. Do you plan to add a gift to the professor the same way you did for the other three guys?
Hmm, it looks like there is a bug the only time you will be able to visit his house is 6 PM and 7 PM.
If you still can't access his house even during those 2 hours then the cause is unknown to me. Following through and having all the dialogues with him should lead you to his house naturally.
Get both of their affection rate to maximum - 45 and lust - 50.
Talk to the step-dad to begin the throuple story.
At this point, I recommend you do the Shifty Hooker quest to change the step-brother's shifts to the morning because all of the following steps require they are at home at the same time and you can catch them there in the evening.
At first, have sex (regular handjob, blowjob, fuck) with either of them to reach 5 acceptance.
Then, talk to the step-brother to begin the threesome scenes.
During the threesome scenes, you only have 5 actions, you need to get both off in the scene for the acceptance to increase.
Right off the bat, there won't be many threesome interactions because they're still not used to with having sex with you in the presence of each other.
However, once you reach higher acceptance, you will unlock more choices during the scenes including the threesome options.

It is installed on the very latest macos itch game manager/client: itch Version 25.5.1 (25.5.1).

Yep, you still need to go through the whole getting the sleeping powder step but do not take the journal. Afterwards, when you talk to him again there will be 2 choices that lead to either of those endings.

There will be a new work minigame to increase the pay amount as well as a small quest to increase your sleep and hunger counter by 8 hours in the next public patch.
Which version did you play in? For what it's worth, the new persistent gallery system in this patch requires a fresh playthrough to record all the scenes.
I'm not completely sure but I think the last version I played in was 0.4 but it's alright , I'll just go through things again since I have the time tonight.

I got the latest fix for this and replaced the .html file in the game.
But unfortunately this game is still NOT showing the lewd NSFW scenes at all.
Are your files according to the following paths?

Kindly note that you cannot change the name/path of any file within the game or it will brick.

The office scene is a bit of a secret one. To see it, you have to finish the gift mini-quest from the Eastern Medicine shop:
To begin, you need to talk with Thuy in the Eastern Medicine shop with the option: "Ask her how to win a guy over".
Follow through with the quest to give him the gift and with 40+ lust, you will be able to see the scene.

Can't increase throuple acceptance? Either one or the other gets off and the acceptance score doesn't go up, only jealousy
The trick is that both of them have to get off in each session and you only have 5 actions.
So you need to not kiss / caress either of them and get down to business by stroking them to hardness and the hj/bj/fuck for both of them to cum.
As the acceptance rises, you will be able to unlock more actions and threesome ones too.

Which version did you play in? For what it's worth, the new persistent gallery system in this patch requires a fresh playthrough to record all the scenes.

I'm not completely sure but I think the last version I played in was 0.4 but it's alright , I'll just go through things again since I have the time tonight.
